If this is your first time using SPEDup, you will need to either subscribe to an individual membership (which comes with a free trial) or follow the instructions in an invite email sent you by your school. If you have already subscribed and are still seeing the paywall, please make sure that you are logging in from the phone on which you purchased the app. If you need to restore your purchase onto a new device, please contact us here If you have just subscribed and still see the paywall, please close the app and reopen. There are 3 options for subscribing to SPEDup. We love our teachers and would love for all districts to be able to provide all the necessary tools to make the job easier. If your district is interested in obtaining SPEDup for all staff, or if just a single school, please complete the inquiry form on our website here. If your school isn't in a position to purchase, we made the app available for single use download. This still has most of the same functions but is intended for a single teacher to use in a single school. If multiple teachers in your school or institution would like to have SPEDup, the main user can invite other teachers to join. They will then download the app, purchase their own single license, and as long as they use the same email address to which you sent the invite, they will be able to join your school and share data.

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
